At this time we are not issuing refunds or exchanges.
However, at WaXed Out Candle Gallery we are dedicated to providing quality items for your pleasure. We would love the opportunity to correct any issues. Please reach out to waxedoutcandoe@yahoo.com if you are not satisfied with your order. We appreciate all feedback to ensure our products are of top condition and quality.
If you have any damage to your product upon delivery or issues with shipping, please contact us immediately.
When making a candle at the Candle Bar, be sure you test the scents to make sure you enjoy it. Do not leave candle in hot car or out in warm elements. We will not issue refunds for no shows to the Candle Making Experience. Please contact the store by phone or email to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be given if appointment is cancelled 72hrs beforehand.
